Monique has over 20 years of executive experience in education, corporate and spa settings. She was the Program Director of Southeastern College (formerly Keiser College) where she wrote the 1000-hour curriculum and managed the student spa. 

Monique is also the former Red Door Spa National Director of Training where she managed all business and service aspects of the massage therapy
