There will also be an introduction to the Ultimate Detox based on Ayurveda’s Pancha Karma system for health, longevity, and graceful ageing. Finally, this retreat includes a session with an Ayurvedic vaiyda (clinically trained Ayurvedic physician) to prepare you for the Ultimate Detox 10-day retreat. Pre-requisite: You BE You Retreat.
